Congratulations to the Johnson High School Boys Soccer Team for winning their third GHSA AAA State Championship in the past four seasons! The Knights claimed a 1-0 victory over the Northwest Whitfield Bruins in last night’s state final.
A special shout out to Head Coach Frank Zamora—this win not only added another state title to the program’s legacy but also marked his 100th career victory! What a fitting milestone, and something tells us there are many more to come.
Congratulations as well to team captain Daniel Trujillo, who was named Player of the Game after scoring the winning goal in the final match. Way to go, Coach Zamora, Daniel Trujillo, and the entire JHS Knights Soccer Program!
